When Will It Hit 60? Puget Sound On Verge Of Breaking Chilly Record
If it doesn't hit 60 degrees in Puget Sound soon, we'll break a 100-year-old record.

PUYALLUP, WA - The National Weather Service revealed a sad fact this week: we're on the verge breaking a 100-year-old record for number of consecutive days in a given year without the temperature getting above 60 degrees.
There is a slight chance that temperatures will breach 60 in some areas this week, but current forecasts show temperatures stopping just short of 60. Of any place around Puget Sound, Puyallup, according to current forecasts, will get the closest this week.
The quest for 60! Not yet in #Seattle this year. Latest date of 1st 60 degree day on record for area? April 27 in 1917. #wawx
