Godspell, one of the greatest Broadway successes of all time, comes alive at Evergreen Family Theatre, March 8-24.
With a script primarily from the Gospell of Matthew, this classic rock musical is a vibrant offering, that teaches lessons of love and acceptance through a series of well-known parables. The talented cast uses their proficient wackiness and stellar vocal talent to present a high-energy
slice of the teachings of Jesus.
Godspell was conceived by John-Michael Tebelak with music by Wicked composer, Stephen Schwartz. Music direction by Kristen Shomber, and stage direction by Marsha Stueckle.
