Art History Lecture: Deciphering Concept & Context in Art
Join Kirkland Arts Center for an interesting lecture on Thu. Feb 19, 2015 from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
This interactive lecture/workshop endeavors at getting participants to look, observe and study an eclectic range of paintings from European/North American and South-East Asian art. Through a process of guidance and leading questions from the instructor, they will analyze the works and arrive at their own independent conclusions. The lecture will also give a deeper art historical context while discussing the works.
