Bear Sighting Reported In Redmond
Some in Redmond live in bear country - so this is a good time to make sure you don't have any open garbage cans.

REDMOND, WA - Redmond police reported Tuesday afternoon that some residents in central Redmond had spotted a black bear wandering around and feasting on garbage.
The bear was seen along the 13700 block of Northeast 76th Place, which is just a few blocks from Stella Schola and Rose Hill middle schools.
Police advise residents to secure trash cans and bird feeders - both are very attractive to hungry bears. If you see a bear, your best bet is to call state Fish and Wildlife officials at 1-877-933-9847.
