Burglars Hit 2 Stores At Downtown Redmond QFC Plaza
The Ben Franklin store alone suffered about $10,000 in losses, according to Redmond police.
REDMOND, WA — Two stores near the downtown QFC supermarket were recently targeted by burglars, resulting in tens of thousands in lost merchandise, according to Redmond police.
Sometime during the night on June 16, the burglars forced their way into the Ben Franklin craft store and stole over $10,000 worth of items, according to Redmond Sgt. Julie Beard.
The burglars also hit the Pharmaca vitamin store, which is just east of Ben Franklin in the QFC plaza. The burglars also forced their way into the store, but didn't take anything.

Redmond police are still investigating the crimes. They did not have surveillance footage immediately available or a description of the possible suspects.
