DigiPen Hosts Summer Workshop Preview

Looking for a summer activity for that tech-head child? in Redmond is offering a sneak preview of its summer workshops for kids from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at 9931 Willows Road NE.

ProjectFun Workshop gives students in grades 5 through 12 a hands-on introduction to the field of videogame design, animation and production. The event is free, and anyone attending will receive a $100 discount off the cost of a 2011 Summer Workshop.

Every summer, DigiPen offers two-week workshops that introduce students to Video Game Programming, 3D Animation, Game Design or Robotics. In addition, DigiPen also offer junior workshops for middle-school students (grades 5-7) in Video Game Design and Animation.
