Our speaker is Pat Gallagher, a 3rd term member of the ACLU of Washington’s Board of Directors and a 14 year member of the ACLU Speaker’s Bureau. He has given talks and workshops to a variety of radio and live audiences across Washington state on a variety of topics, including the loss of civil liberties since 911, government surveillance, state sponsored torture, the first amendment, voting rights, and drug policy reform. Gallagher is a long time Seattle resident, an mechanical engineer and a sculptor.
