Because Alan Brown, Marketing Director for Local business Bill the Butcher, believes passionately in giving back to the community, he responded to a local charity etc4kids.org when they asked for help. Bill the Butcher is hosting a Parking Lot Cookout on Sunday, July 24th, 2011 from 12pm-6pm in the parking lot adjoined to their Redmond, WA store at 7990 Leary Way NE. Event will include sliders and other yummy treats off the grill from Bill the Butcher’s 100% natural and local meats. From 1pm-3pm guests can enjoy a Kids Got Talent Show performed by the talented children that attended camp the week of June 27, 2011. A Lamb Kabob-Off event will take place from 4pm-6pm and feature Bill the Butcher vs. Seattle Lamb Jam - winner to be decided by the audience. Attendees will also have the chance to win 2 tickets to this year’s Seattle Lamb Jam held on October 23, 2011. All proceeds from this fun event will be donated to etc4kids.org (Experience Talent Camp 4 Kids).
