Flooding Closes Roads Near Sammamish, Redmond

REDMOND, WA - Recent heavy rains have forced the closure of local roads due to flooding. Sunday afternoon, King County Road Services announced four closures on a few major roads east of Sammamish and Redmond.

More rain might be on the way Monday. There's a 50 percent chance of showers before 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

As of Sunday evening, here are the local road closures:

• NE Tolt Hill Rd between West Snoqualmie River Rd NE and SR 203
• Neal Road SE at house #2718
• SE 24th St between 309th Avenue SE and West Snoqualmie River Road SE
• West Snoqualmie River Road NE between NE Tolt Hill Road & house #1550
