King County Launches 'Local Food Finder' Interactive Map
The new map connects residents with locally-sourced produce, flowers, meat and cheese available for pickup and delivery.
KING COUNTY, WA — A new online map helps King County residents find locally-produced food, vegetables, and health products sold by nearby farms and small businesses.
The Local Food Finder shows the easiest ways to arrange pickup or delivery as part of an ongoing effort to help support local growers whose sales are severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shoppers can find fresh produce, berries, flowers, honey, meat, and cheese, along with handmade body care products and candles. Each seller is sorted among 10 product categories and shows which off u-pick, farm stand sales, pickup and home delivery.
