On November 1, Jujubeet Opens in Redmond Town Center!
Locally-owned artisan juice bar opens its first location in Redmond Town Center Downstairs, Central Plaza, across from bear fountain

If you’ve been cleaning up your food act, you’ll find a new ally at Redmond Town Center. What better way to detox from processed foods, GMOs, and other ingredient Villains of the Month, than to flood your system with fresh-juiced, mostly organic and local vegetables and fruits?
Jujubeet has prepared over 50,000 servings of vegetables in its Bellevue and Seattle stores, in the form of artisan juices, smoothies, and cleanse drinks, alongside house-made salads, wraps, and wholesome treats. Hundreds of customers have taken on juice cleanses lasting from 1 to 5 days, and several nearby companies have replaced the junk food and sodas in the office with standing juice orders.
Founders Bianca Szyperski and Mala Raman expect Redmond to develop its own dedicated following. “In Bellevue we have a core of regulars who skip the morning coffee in favor of a juice, or who stop in after a workout to replenish their bodies,” explains Szyperski. “And in Seattle, people drop by as they ride the Burke-Gilman Trail or after a barre class. Because what can be more energizing than drinking all those superfoods, like kale and spinach and ginger?” Raman adds, “People want healthy options, but we don’t always have the time or equipment at home to treat ourselves right. Jujubeet wanted to fill that need: the best of healthy food at your convenience.”
