Redmond Building Evacuated After Truck Severs Gas Line
Police believe the driver of the truck was distracted at the time of the crash.

REDMOND, WA - An industrial building in Redmond was evacuated Thursday morning after a pickup truck crashed and severed a gas line, according to police. The driver was distracted by her phone at the time of the crash, police said.
The crash happened at a building along the 8300 block of 154th Avenue Northeast, is located on the other side of the Sammamish River from the downtown area. No one was injured in the crash, and the gas leak was contained.
