Redmond Police Blotter: Burglars Flee as Homeowners Arrive, Woman Followed Home From Work

The following incidents were reported between 6 a.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday.

From the Redmond Police Department:

Feb. 1

10:20 p.m., 176xx block of Union Hill Road: A cell phone was possibly stolen from Kohl's.

7:02 p.m., 172xx block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a liquor theft. The case is under investigation.

5:42 p.m., 20xx block of 148 AVE NE: Redmond Police responded to a suspicious incident whereby the victim stated she has been followed by a male to and from work.

1:48 p.m., 22xx block of 148 Ave NE: Redmond Police responded to a shoplift. The suspect was arrested.

9:33 a.m., 92xx block of Red-Wood Road: Redmond Police responded to a reported malicious mischief at a local apartment complex.

Feb. 2

1:27 a.m., 172xx block of Redmond Way: Redmond Police responded to a reported shoplift in progress. Upon arrival the suspect could not be located.

8:28 p.m., 135xx block of NE 93 ST: Redmond Police responded to a burglary.

6:25 p.m., 73xx block of 143 AVE NE: Redmond Police investigated a burglary at a residence. The suspect(s) fled as the victim arrived home. Suspects were not located.

Feb. 3

2:23 a.m., 80xx block 164 Ave NE: Male driver stopped for running a red light and subsequently placed into custody for investigation of DUI.

1 p.m, 172xx block of Redmond Way: Police responded to a report of shoplifting at a local store.
