Redmond Police Catch Burglars Leaving Scene Of Crime: Police
Three alleged burglars were caught by police fleeing the scene of the crime on Monday.

REDMOND, WA - Two quick-acting Redmond cops caught a group of alleged burglars as they fled a crime scene early Monday morning. Police were alerted to a burglar alarm at a home in North Redmond, and within a few minutes, two officers were on scene.
The officers stopped a car leaving the area, and believe the three people inside are responsible for the burglary. No one was home at the time of the burglary, but police were able to reach the homeowner to identify some of the stolen items. The burglars left a bunch of property scattered around the home and in the yard, police said, and also found items inside the car.
The three alleged burglars - a 28-year-old Tukwila man, a 32-year-old Mercer Island man, and a 23-year-old woman from Maple Valley - were taken to jail on suspicion of residential burglary. Police believe the three suspects might also be responsible for other crimes in the North Redmond area, including a recent car prowl.
