Man Robs Woman At Gunpoint In Redmond
Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint Wednesday evening.

REDMOND, WA - Police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in a Wednesday armed robbery. The suspect approached a woman at a store in the 8800 block of 161st Ave NE at 5:39 p.m. He allegedly pointed a gun at her and demanded her purse. The victim immediately surrendered her property and the suspect fled.
The victim called 911 shortly afterward to report the theft. A subsequent K-9 search of the area was not successful. The victim and witnesses described the male as a black male in his 20s, about 5'9" to 5'11" with a lean build.
