Renton Man Killed In SR 202 Crash Identified
The crash happened early Tuesday morning along SR 202 near Redmond, according to Washington State Patrol.

REDMOND, WA — A crash Tuesday morning along SR 202 near Redmond left a Renton man dead and sent the driver of a semitrailer to the hospital with injuries.
According to Washington State Patrol, Sucha S. Randhawa, 72, was driving westbound just before 5 a.m. when he collided head-on with a semi driven by Michael Freeman, 53, of Harrah. Randhawa died at the scene, and Freeman was taken to Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland for treatment.
Washington State Patrol did not immediately say what caused the collision.

The collision Tuesday morning happened near Ames Lake Road, the same area where a 19-year-old Seattle mother died on June 25. Justina Lamphere was exiting a driveway around 4:45 a.m. when a pickup truck hit her car. Lamphere's Ford Mustang rolled over and hit a tree. A 2-year-old and a 4-month-old in the car were critically injured.
The driver of the pickup, a 24-year-old man from Bothell, was also injured.
