REDMOND, WA — Redmond police are investigating the suspicious death of a Seattle man who was found on Monday in the middle of a main road with serious injuries. According to police, Francis Gaspar, 38, was found in the middle of West Lake Sammamish Parkway near Leary Way just after midnight on Monday. He died a day later due to blunt force injuries, the medical examiner ruled. Redmond police are also trying to located Gaspar's car, which is a black 2014 Volkswagen Passat with the license plate number BGY-8240. Local artists have opened their studios – which are normally not open to the public – for the weekend. Get the behind-the-scenes look at their work space; chat with each artist about what inspires them.
