Small Earthquake Hit Redmond Over The Weekend
The quake was detected on the western edge of Redmond near the Kirkland border, according to the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network.

REDMOND, WA - Did you feel any odd shaking on Saturday around 9 a.m.? If so, it was probably the small earthquake that was detected in Redmond by the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network.
The magnitude 2.3 quake happened at 9:17 a.m. Saturday about 17 miles underneath 143rd Court Northeast, which is just a few blocks north of Welcome Park along Redmond Way. Such a low-magnitude quake is hard for humans to feel, but it is possible.
According to the PNSN, two people - one in Renton, another in Orting - reported feeling the quake.
