Grow a Pizza
July 7–July 11 - Ages 7–11 (entering grades 2-5 in fall 2014)Kids explore the farm-to-table process, through everyone’s favorite food -- pizza! Students learn about farm grown veggies and harvest them to make their own wood-fired pizza for the final celebration. Learn about a variety of farm tasks that help our food grow, while playing games, making friends and tasting fresh foods at the 21 Acres Farm. Discover that healthy plants need healthy soil and healthy kids need healthy food.
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Campers provide their own lunch.
Location: 21 Acres Farm, 13701 NE 171st Street, Woodinville, WA 98072.
Cost: $290 for individuals / $240 for 21 Acres or Seattle Tilth Members / $25 discount for each sibling or friend registered at the same time.
