Redmond Street Open After Water Main Break, City Says
A water main break early Thursday morning had closed a street near Lake Sammamish.

REDMOND, WA - A broken water line had closed a street early Thursday morning in the Idylwood Park area, but city officials reported around 10 a.m. that the street had reopened.
According to the city, the water line break was located along 177th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 32nd Street. Here's the statement the city released about the water main break on Thursday morning:
"Public Works crews are onsite and working to repair a water main break on 177th Ave and NE 32nd St in the Idylwood Park area. The road is passable at this time. There are no reports of homeowner property damage at this time, however there may be up to 15 homes without service during repairs. Crews are working as quickly as possible to restore service to the area and to secure the road. Repairs are estimated to be complete as early as 3pm today. Call 425-556-2800 if you have questions.
