Vision 5 offers a place where artist have space to live and to create affordably and it is Redmond’s first affordable live-work-art building. This new, “green” apartment complex features micro style apartment units with shared common areas, solar panels, radiant floors, and a large balcony garden. It is a 5-story live/work artist community created for artist of 5 different genres: Fine Arts, Interactive Media, Digital Arts, Photography, and Film.
Its location and its unique setup allow artists to collaborate with other artists of different disciplines as well as with the community of Redmond. It is location, at 8525 163rd Ct. NE, near the northwest corner of NE 85th Street and 163rd Ct. NE, allows for easy walking distance to most major features of downtown Redmond. It is a new bit of Redmond history in the making.
