Photos: Brush Fire Burns Near Homes In Redmond, Woodinville
The fire was burning along Snoqualmie Valley Road near the Trilogy at Redmond Ridge golf course.
REDMOND, WA - Firefighters from Duvall, Redmond, and Woodinville responded to a wildfire in a forested area along Snoqualmie Valley Road on Tuesday. The fire was under control just before 3 p.m. The fire was located near Northeast 133rd Street, which is close to a large, newer housing development near the Trilogy at Redmond Ridge area.

There is currently a burn ban in effect in King County. The ban applies to unincorporated areas of the county, but most cities have also instituted burn bans.
Brush fires and wildfires have been breaking out across Western Washington in recent weeks - the region is about to pass 40 days with no measurable rain.
