In February 2011, Taco Time Northwest launched its Fit-Hits menu, which features eight items with 400 calories or less and four gluten-friendly items made with gluten-free ingredients, making Taco Time Northwest the first quick service restaurant in the Pacific Northwest to offer gluten-friendly dining options.
