Renton Police Release Photo Of Bank Robbery Suspect
The man tried to rob a bank in the Benson Hill area on Thursday evening and was possibly armed with a handgun.

RENTON, WA — Renton police have released photos of a possibly armed man who attempted to rob a bank near the Benson Hill Fred Meyer on Thursday evening.
The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Bank of America along 108th Avenue Southeast. According to photos released by police, the man was holding what appeared to be a handgun.
The robber escaped the bank, despite a police search involving King County's Guardian One helicopter and K9 dogs.
