Oyster Fest Specials at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington

Join us at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington throughout the month of October for all day oyster specials providing a taste of the sea on the waterfront patio.

Guests can enjoy oyster-based items including omelets, oysters benedict, po boy, oyster fritters or an oyster risotto. Additionally, a selection of fresh shucked oyster, rockefeller, grilled oysters, shooters with cocktail sauce and celery, broiled oysters with chipotle bourbon brown butter with a demi baguette, or an oyster based risotto will be served.
