Its going to be a BIG, BIG SALE!  You won't believe all the really cool stuff we have, until you come see it.

This is our community's ONE WEEKEND each YEAR to have

individual yard sales in the neighborhood.    Multiple sales happening ...  each

sale is at each person's own home.   Very safe, clean, walkable community.  You are
welcome to park your car up front and walk around to all the sales in the

neighborhood.  House #72 will have Hot Dogs, Soda and Water for sale for your enjoyment.   House #66 will have fresh baked cookies for

sale as well.

file folders, pens, binders, magnets and magnetic note pads. ~Scrapbooking Supplies - paper, stickers, tools, albums. ~Children's books - boxes full for all ages, brand new. ~Holiday decorations - Easter grass, Egg dying kits,  Christmas cards, Christmas ornaments, Snow globes, and more. ~Woven area rugs.  ~Kitchen items - utensils, mugs, pans, dish towels, glasses, gadgets, platters, vintage china.  ~Small appliances: 2 Nesco electric cookers, a George Forman grill.  ~Craft supplies - stickers, letters, craft sticks, glitter glue. ~Toys - Hot Wheels, Beanie Babies, Games, squirt guns and so much more.  ~Jewelry and Watches, dozens of pieces of jewelry, most are brand new ~Home Decor - candles, picture frames, baskets, a collection of mice, elephants, souvenir spoons and glass pitchers (including an original Fenton). ~Decorative boxes all shapes and sizes. ~Plus size women's clothing - quality brands, many new items with the tags.
