Discount Lyft Rides Available To Drop Off Your Ballot
If you're not mailing your ballot, you can get a Lyft discount code for a ride to any King County ballot drop box.
RENTON, WA - King County voters are getting all kinds of discounts this election. First it was postage-paid ballots, today it's discount Lyft rides.
The rideshare company will offer rides 1/2-off on Election Day to any ballot drop box in King County. All you have to do is use the code use VOTEWA when you order a Lyft.
The offer is part of Lyft's "The Ride to Vote" effort. Voters across the U.S. will get access to the discount rides to get to the polls. Even though Washington is an all-mail state, there are five accessible voting spots where you can vote.

You should've already received your ballot if you're registered to vote. If you didn't, go online or call King County Elections at 206-296-VOTE (8683) to find out what's going on. Ballot drop boxes close at 8 p.m. on Nov. 6.
