Drive-By Shooting In Renton Commercial Area: Police
The shooting happened near the McLendon Hardware along Rainier Avenue South, police say. Expect road closures in the area.
RENTON, WA - Police reported that there was a drive-by shooting in the vicinity of the McLendon Hardware along South 4th Place near 9 a.m. Friday.
Police are on scene and say that South 4th Place between Rainier Avenue and Shattuck Avenue South will be closed due to their investigation. They suggest drivers use alternate routes in the area. The investigation may close streets in the area for up to two hours, police say.
