BevMo! (Beverages and More) the ultimate specialty beverage retailer, will officially open its first two Washington State stores in Tacoma and Silverdale on Friday, July 13 at 9 a.m. Located at 2330 South 37th Street in Tacoma (near the Tacoma Mall) and 3126 NW Randall Way in Silverdale (near the Kitsap Mall), the new 12,000 square foot locations will feature a selection of thousands of wines, spirits and beers as well as gourmet food items, cocktail mixers, glassware, bar accessories and more.
BevMo! is kicking off the grand opening weekend with a ribbon cutting and special gift to the first 500 customers at each store on Friday, July 13. The free gift bag is valued at over $50 and includes Riedel glassware, mixers and snacks. “The doors open at 9 a.m., so we encourage customers to get there early,” said Alan Johnson, CEO Bevmo!. “There will be free coffee and other goodies for everyone to enjoy before the doors open.”
Special in-store events and demonstrations are scheduled throughout the weekend, including wine and beer tastings from Washington’s favorite local vineyards and brewers like Cadaretti & Buried Cane and The Pike, plus local hometown favorites Harmon Brewing Company from Tacoma, and Silver City Brewery from Silverdale.
