McLendon Hardware Outdoor Expo

The great Outdoor Expo continues today with more fun for the family!

Today Steven Raichlen, award-winning author, journalist, cooking teacher and TV host from Miami, FL will bring his barbecue evangelisim to the Renton McLendon Hardware.

Raichlen's "Barbecue Bible" cookbook series has been translated into 12 languages and has sold more than 4 million copies.  He won a Julia Child Award for his chronicling of international barbecuing during a four-year, 200,000-mile world tour. 

From 1pm to 4pm Raichlen will sign copies of his books on barbecuing and grilling. 

Also scheduled is a special appearance by Blitz, the Seattle Seahawk's mascot, from 11am - 12pm.  The kids won't want to miss this!

Of course, our Outdoor Expo will still be running with product demonstrations for gardening, outdoor lighting, painting, yardcare and deck maintenance from 10am - 4pm.  Don't miss it!
