The Triangle Quintet at Luther's Table

The Triangle Quintet is a diverse group of some of Seattle's finest veteran jazz players. The brain-child of drummer Jeff Ferguson, the ensemble explores the "true American art form"; jazz. The group's repertoire consists of an interesting selection of standards, tunes from deeper in the jazz lexicon, and original compositions. The interplay between the musicians is both engaging and accessible, with a high level of musicianship. In addition to Jeff on drums, the quintet features John Draper (Sax), Brian Flanagan (guitar), Orrin Sand (piano), and recent transplant from the sunny Southwest, Michael Grimes (double bass).
