February Special Election Results: Renton, Seattle School Levies
Measures on the ballot included school levies in Seattle and Renton, and a fire protection measure affecting Lake Forest Park.

RENTON, WA - The February special election in King County was slightly overshadowed by the recent snowy weather, but thousands still voted in school levy measures in Renton and Seattle, and a fire department benefit charge affecting Lake Forest Park.
As of Wednesday morning, about 100,000 people had cast a ballot. All measures on the ballot were being approved by wide margins. Here are the results as of 8 a.m. Tuesday:

- Yes: 6,944, 59.8%
