Man Dies In Renton House Fire
The fire was reported around 3 p.m. Friday along Southeast 165th Street.
RENTON, WA - One person died in a Renton house fire Friday afternoon, according to multiple reports. The man was found outside a home along Southeast 165th Street in the Fairwood area.
Firefighters first responded to the blaze around 3 p.m. Firefighters described the home as "fully involved" when they arrived on scene. The roof of the home collapsed during the fire.
Because it was a difficult fire to extinguish, fire investigators were not able to access the home until around 5 p.m. Friday.
