  • Where/When: 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24 at Stanwood High School.
  • Why Go: Come root on the Lindbergh Boys Basketball team this Friday night .
  • Cost: $10 or $8 with student ASB.

 

  • Where/When: 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 in the lobby.
  • Why Go: The Renton Municipal Arts Commission proudly presents an exhibit by local oil painter Tracy Wallschlaeger. The exhibit will be on display February 25 – March 30. The public is invited to meet the artist at a reception this Saturday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Carco Theatre lobby. View some of Tracy's artwork here: www.reddogimages.com.

  • Where/When: 7:30 p.m. on Sunday and Monday at the
  • Why Go: If you missed last week's production of Pavane at the Renton Civic Theatre, this Sunday and Monday will be your last chance to catch this great play before it's gone. A One-Act Production always puts on a great show and we've heard nothing but great things about Pavane. Enjoy the show!
  • Cost: Tickets are $15.

 

  • Where/When: 6-9:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 24 at ShoWare Center in Kent.
  • Why Go: Children of all ages can expect lots of fun at the "You Me We" festival this Friday. The second-annual family event is a celebration of local talent and the many youth and teen resources available in Kent. Activities will include interactive booths, hands-on art activities, sports competitions face painting, bounce houses, games, contests, raffles, and more!
  • Cost: Free.

 

  • Where/When: 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 at Tumwater High School.
  • Why Go: . The winners advance to state and the losers go home. Go Indians!
  • Cost: $10 (adults/no ASB students); $8 with ASB; $8 seniors; free (children 5 and younger)

 

  • Where/When: 6-8 p.m. on Friday and 7-10 p.m. on Saturday at Vino at The Landing.
  • Why Go: Join Vino this Friday for a Meet The Winemaker Tasting event with Paul Beveridge of the Wilridge Winery. Or, stop by on Saturday and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the live music of Michael Gotz, a solo jazz guitarist. 
  • Cost: No cover.
