2-Alarm Fire In Renton Highlands
The fire was reported around 1:30 p.m. Thursday burning in a home along Anacortes Avenue.
RENTON, WA — Renton firefighters responded to a "heavy" fire in a two-story home in Renton on Thursday afternoon. The fire was upgraded to a second alarm at around 2 p.m., but the scene was clear by around 3 p.m.
The fire was located in a home along Anacortes Avenue Northeast, about two blocks west of Duvall Avenue. Renton fire reported that no one was home, and that other homes in the area were likely not in danger of being damaged.
