Home Invasion Robbery Reported Near Lake Youngs
The King County Sheriff's Office believe the suspect may have escaped the scene in a car.
RENTON, WA — King County deputies responded to a home invasion robbery on Friday morning in a neighborhood near Lake Youngs.
According to police, the suspect entered the home unarmed, but then fled on foot. The homeowner was not harmed during the incident.
The home invasion happened along 172nd Place Southeast, which is in a small neighborhood surrounding Shady Lake off of Southeast Petrovitsky Road.

The sheriff's office searched for the suspect using K9 dogs but were unable to locate him. The suspect may have left the area in a car, police said.
