Mail Thieves At Large In Renton: Police

RENTON, WA - Renton police are warning Renton Highlands residents to be aware of a pair of thieves targeting mail boxes. The two suspects are described as a white man and a woman between the ages of 18 and 20. They have been spotted driving a gold 2007 Honda Accord.

The male suspect was seen as recently as Monday around 1 p.m. along Blaine Avenue Northeast, which is just south of SR 900. During previous thefts, the thieves have been wearing black hoodies and jeans.

Police said the thieves have been operating in the residential areas between May Creek Park and SR 900. Residents have reported thefts along Northeast 22nd Street and Northeast 13th Place.

Renton police are advising residents to call 911 if you see the suspects or their car.
