Man Stabbed At Valley Medical Center During Dispute: Reports

RENTON, WA - A patient at Valley Medical Center was stabbed during a domestic dispute Thursday morning in his room, but only sustained minor wounds, according to reports. The suspect, a woman, was taken into custody across the street from the hospital at the the Chateau Valley Center senior living facility.

The hospital had been placed on lockdown due to the incident, but that order has since been lifted, according to KOMO News. Two children were present during the stabbing, but were not harmed, and have been taken into the custody of Child Protective Services.
