The 31-year-old suspect was making off with a strawberry milkshake when he pointed a gun at a Jack-in-the-Box employee.

RENTON, WA - A 31-year-old allegedly robbed a Renton Jack-in-the-Box restaurant using a gun and a racist remark, according to a report. The suspect was arrested the day after the incident, and is now facing a charge of first-degree robbery.

According to the Seattle P-I, the suspect went to the restaurant along Rainier Avenue on May 17 at about 2:30 p.m. and ordered two strawberry milkshakes. While an employee, the manager, was making the shakes, the suspect apparently changed his mind and asked for a chocolate milkshake.

When the employee set one of the strawberry shakes down, the suspect allegedly grabbed it and left the restaurant. When the employee followed the suspect outside, the suspect allegedly pulled a gun and told the manager that he would send him "back to Mexico in a box," according to the report.
