Missing Guitars? Renton Police Find Instruments In Backyard

RENTON, WA - This definitely does not rock.
Renton police recently found several guitars abandoned in a backyard, and they're trying to find the owners.
Police found two guitars. One is a black Squier Stratocaster electric guitar, the other is an Oscar Schmidt brand dreadnought acoustic guitar. Both guitars are in heavy-duty hard cases, the kind usually used by touring musicians.

Renton police are asking anyone who was the victim of a recent burglary - or who recognizes the instruments - to contact Officer Jesse VanderHoek at 425-430-7500.
