Missing Special Needs Teen In Renton
Be on the lookout for Michael Fougerton, 17, who was last seen on Halloween evening.
RENTON, WA - A Renton special needs teenager went missing on Halloween night, and police are asking for help from the public to find him.
Michael Fougerton, 17, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Halloween night. He was dressed as the Joker from Batman with white face paint and purple clothes.
Fougerton has the mental capacity of an 8 or 9-year-old, and likes to hang out at the skate park at Liberty Park. Call 911 if you see him.
