Mom, 2 Kids Escape From Renton Fire
The fire in the Benson Hill neighborhood broke out before midnight Tuesday.

RENTON, WA - A mother and her two children were displaced Tuesday night by a house fire, according to Renton fire. The fire originated in the home's living room, but firefighters were able to put it out quickly.
The fire happened in a home along the 18400 block of 107th Court Southeast, which is a few blocks south of the Fred Meyer along Southeast Carr Road.
According to the fire department, the Red Cross had responded to the scene to help the family find shelter.
