Mystery Homeless Man Is From Renton: Report
The real identity of a man called Kenny Kenny was unknown until a recent DNA test, according to KOMO News.

RENTON, WA - A homeless man whose identity was previously unknown has been identified as a Renton native and military veteran. Kenny Kenny, whose story was originally uncovered by KOMO News, was identified using a DNA test.
Kenny Kenny was taken to the hospital in January after he was found in Seattle's University District suffering from frostbite. His frostbite was so bad, doctors had to remove his fingers and feet, which complicated his identification. He kept his thumbs, but those prints did not reveal anything about his identity, according to KOMO.
Aside from finding out he was from Renton, the DNA test also revealed a living sister. The siblings will be reunited soon, KOMO reported Thursday.
