Plane Lands Safely At Renton Municipal Airport
A plane experiencing landing gear problems was reported at Renton Municipal Airport Friday afternoon.

RENTON, WA - A plane experiencing possible mechanical trouble ended up landing safely at Renton Municipal Airport on Friday afternoon, according to firefighters.
Around 4 p.m., Renton and Boeing firefighters descended on the airport after a plane reported possible landing gear or nose cone damage. The plane then did a fly-by of the airport tower so air traffic controllers could do a visual inspection.
Moments later, the single-engine plane touched down at the airport safely. There were no injuries, Renton firefighters said.
