Plane Lands Without Landing Gear At Renton Municipal Airport
Fire crews from Renton and Skyway were dispatched to the airport Monday morning.
RENTON, WA — Fire crews from surrounding areas were called to the Renton Municipal Airport shortly before 11 a.m. Monday after a small plane landed without landing gear, according to officials.
Units from Renton were dispatched on an "Alert 3" call, with assistance provided by King County Medic One and Skyway Fire. Further details on the incident and the status of the people in the aircraft were not immediately released. Upon arrival, fire crews reduced the response and began assessing damages.
