Police Report Shooting In Downtown Renton Area
The shooting was confirmed as self-inflicted, but police are asking locals to stay away from the area.

RENTON, WA - Police were responding to a report of a shooting along Wells Avenue Tuesday morning. Police said the shooting was self-inflicted, but are still asking the public to steer clear of the area.
Police said there is no threat to the public related to the shooting. The gun was recovered at the scene.
The scene of the incident is along the 100 block of Wells, which is near the intersection of North 1st Street on the northeast side of the Cedar River.
