Possible DUI Crash In Renton Blocking Roads
Renton police reported the crash around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

RENTON, WA - Renton police were investigating an injury collision in the Highlands area Thursday morning, and the incident was blocking roads.
The crash happened near the intersection of Bronson Way Northeast and Windsor Way Northeast and involved two cars. Renton police believe the instigating driver was under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash.
According to police, officers saw the driver "driving fast and erratically" near Northeast 3rd and Bronson Way. They lost the driver in a neighborhood, but eventually came across the crash scene. The driver reportedly swerved around a person backing out of their driveway, and then collided with a parked car.

The driver, who was not the registered owner of the car, suffered broken bones and was taken to a local hospital.
