RENTON, WA - One day after a man was found dead of a gunshot wound in a Renton residential neighborhood, police are still searching for suspects. Renton police Cmdr. The victim and another man were discovered early Saturday morning in a neighborhood south of Petrovitsky Road, but police believe the shooting happened at another location.
The victim was found in a car along the 11300 block of Southeast 179th Street in the Benson Hill neighborhood on Saturday close to 4 a.m. In addition to the deceased, there was another man in the car with gunshot wounds in the legs. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment. Liebman said that the second victim was not cooperating with police. Both victims are in their 20s.
