Washington State Patrol detectives say drugs or alcohol were involved and a Snoqualmie man driving the other vehicle was arrested for vehicular assault.

The 19-year-old driver was headed northbound on SR 169 at about 10:50 p.m. when a southbound vehicle driven by a 41-year-old Snoqualmie man crossed the center line at 186th (milepost 16) and struck him head-on.
