Renton Police Search For Stolen Scissor Lift
The Renton Police Department is asking neighbors to be on the lookout for a rented lift machine that was reported stolen outside Goodwill.
RENTON, WA — Renton investigators are searching for an electric scissor lift after it was stolen taken from the Goodwill on Sunset Blvd. in the early morning hours of Aug. 1. Police said the lift, which was on loan from Star Rentals, was delivered just minutes before surveillance captured a person climbing aboard and driving it away.
The rental company said the PS-1930 unit, manufactured by Hy-Brid, is brand new and has a unique yellow and white color scheme. Star Rentals is offering $500 to anyone who can help them locate the stolen unit.
Anyone who spots the lift or has information on where it may be is encouraged to e-mail Renton police and reference case number 21-7616.
